Jiahu Xi Xiang Yuan project is in downtown Kunming, Yunnan Province. With 248 units in 12 residential buildings, the project covers an area of 34,667 s.q. meters and adopts HDL’s Buspro wired smart home solution. 

The occupants may delegate authority through control software to open the garage barrier or the pedestrian barrier or pass a QR code to visitors, allowing them to enter the residence within a specified period of time. The building entrance adopts a face recognition system, which is connected to the lift control. The occupants can enjoy the convenience of a smart home system since they enter the community. They can also activate “Home Mode” through HDL smart lock. When they enter the apartment, the lights and curtains are automatically turned on, and the air-conditioner automatically regulates the room temperature. 

The indoor control panel can serve as an ordinary visual intercom and call transfer as well as a smart control center to exercise control over lights, curtains, air-conditioners, and security & safety equipment in every zone of the house. As the control center, S57 touch control panel can activate at one touch the “Away mode” and, at the moment, call the lift which is connected to it, greatly improving the efficiency and shortening the waiting time.

HDL also installed smart sensors for the user, ensuring indoor safety at any time. When the sensor detects gas or water leakage, the whole-house alarm will be triggered automatically to alert the user, removing hidden safety risks from the very beginning.
