Lahore, an ancient city with a history of more than 2000 years, was once the capital of the Mughal Empire, known as the "Soul of Pakistan". The case shared today, FR Residence, comes from this old city, with automation installed by HDL Pakistan in multiple Indoor & Outdoor Areas of the House.

FR Residence is designed by one of the most renowned architects and interior designers in Pakistan. It is a state-of-the-art, extravagant, Spanish classic villa catching attention located in the heart of Lahore, with an area of more than 850 sq.mt. Timed façade lighting, lights control on scenes, and automatic stair lighting are the prominent features of this luxury villa project.

The exterior of the house has been installed with lighting control. Through HDL DLP Smart Panel, the porch and entrance lights can be switched to visitor mode or day/night mode with just one click. Motion Sensors are installed outdoors. When the sensor detects visitors, it will switch the scene mode automatically. The garden lights are equipped with a timer setting. At dusk, the garden lights will light up on time, quietly preparing the house for the night.

The interior of the house consists of Enviro and Granite Display panels installed in bedrooms, drawing Room, dining Room, and living Room. These installations allow the owner to control scenes according to their preference that provide different light settings accordingly. For example, the owner has set up three common scenes through the panel -- Morning scene, Relax mode, and Night scene, so that the lighting in the room can be easily controlled with one click on HDL Granite Display touch screen.

The stairs of the house have been fitted with Ultrasonic Sensors to turn on lights when movement is detected near the stairs. Music Network Player and Ceiling Speakers installed in the entrance lobby and living Room can be controlled through HDL Enviro Touch Screen.
