With HDL Serbia

Building Strong Relationships and Understanding Local Markets:

Recently, invited by the distributors in Serbia and Turkey, the chairman of HDL Mr Liang led a team to visit our core partners in Southern Europe to gain a deeper understanding of the local smart market, product demand and local requirements in Serbia and Turkey. By fostering these relationships and engaging in face-to-face interactions, HDL seeks to enhance their understanding of the distinctive needs and preferences of customers in these regions.

With HDL Turkey

The First stop in Serbia

The journey commenced in Serbia, where HDL had the privilege of visiting the second phase of Novi Dorćol Complex. This project, nestled in the historical industrial area of Belgrade, is an urban renewal program that fuses modern architectural design with the charm of 19th-century buildings. Displaying inspiration from global metropolises like New York and London, the development aims to breathe new life into the heart of the old city. HDL's responsibility encompasses the intelligent renovation of 400 apartments in the second phase, with an additional 900 apartments planned for the third phase. All apartments have an HDL system for managing lighting, heating and cooling, blinds and awnings, ventilation and water valves. What's more, a meteorological station has been implemented in the system, which provides information on wind speed and sunlight strength and controls the awnings based on this. Users can control everything via a smart panel, computer and mobile phone application. The sheer scale of this project, encompassing 1,300 apartments, attests to the trust European customers have placed in HDL's smart home solutions and reflects their expertise in meeting the demands of the European market.

The Second Stop in Turkey

Continuing their journey, HDL's team arrived in Turkey, where they were warmly greeted by the Mediterranean Sea at the ELA Excellence Antalya Resort Hotel. Here, HDL Turkey undertook an expansive intelligent project to elevate the guest experience. The comprehensive upgrade, completed in 2022, witnessed the installation of HDL automation system in all 650 rooms. We have realized lighting control, AC control, Vingcard door lock integration and scene control for each room. According to the different room design styles, we also customized the Tile series panels of three colors to perfectly match every type of design. Furthermore, all public areas of the hotel have applied HDL KNX lighting system, with KNX Ceiling Mount OmniSense Sensor, the system can sense the flow of people in real-time, automatically adjust the regional lighting, in order to save energy costs. At the same time, by docking with NETx software, hotel staff can control and manage temperature control equipment in all hotel rooms through HDL Intelligent hotel management system. The ELA Excellence Antalya Resort fully showcases HDL's multi-system capabilities and underscores HDL commitment to flexible and tailored smart solutions.

During their Southern Europe expedition, HDL team also had the privilege of visiting the highly anticipated first Westin Hotel in Turkey, set to grace Istanbul's Nisantahi district in 2022. The hotel's 150 guest rooms were equipped with HDL Buspro automation systems, enabling smart control through intuitive Room Control Units (RCUs). Additionally, the HDL KNX system intelligently managed lighting, air-conditioning, and other equipment in the hotel's public areas. Through the Intelligent hotel management system, hotel staff can centrally manage and control all rooms, clearly display the occupancy status of rooms, and improve work efficiency. According to the needs of the hotel, we have also connected with NETx software to achieve visual centralized monitoring of the hotel. This harmonious integration of HDL's smart hotel solutions significantly elevated the lodging experience for guests, while optimizing operational costs.
